Surfing the net with modern browsers, is a rather repeated and simply task, in most cases.
I wonder if I could enrich my whole experience on mac, by using my voice, besides trackpad and mouse. Maybe some simply tasks could be done by just spelling some voice commands, like 'reload', or even further tasks.
Are you having any suggestions on this?

There are some dictation commands, but I don't think they are as in depth as what you are talking about. Check out the link above.

I just saw the announcement about Windows 10.
They will include 'cortana', a digital assistant, that helps user control by voice, not only web tasks, but many computing tasks also (like file management etc).

I thought Apple was really innovative with osx but after this...

Why don't we have such advancements in osx?

    We do:
OS X Yosemite: Use Dictation Commands to tell your Mac what to do
Which includes the possibility, under advanced commands:
    Code:
    When I Say .....
While using (an App or any App)
Perform action (keyboard shortcut or Workflow etc.)
You simply activate dictation, and then set up your commands in the Dictation portion of the Accessibilty preferences pane.

If you're going to make a habit of using Dictation, be sure to turn on "enhanced dictation". The download allows speech recognition, even when offline.
