A blonde has deleted ical and now iphoto does not work

Delete iTunes, and iCal will reappear. Take a picture of some music, scan it, then fire up iPhoto, which now works. Place the photo in your Applications folder, and use it to reinstall iTunes. Good as new! 😉

This only works five hours after the initial disaster. That's why nobody answered before. The blonde is obviously not a doctor: no patients!

If you didn't buy iLife in its own box, it'll come on one of the restore disks included with your Mac, for the record.

Also, if you deleted it to save space, a great way to do that *without* deleting entire programs is Monolingual, which clears out unneeded languages and saves quite a bit of space.

Yes, it has worked. 🙂 We reinstalled mac and iLife and now everything works. Thanks!
