A cable for composite jacks?

How would I go about hooking up my PowerBook to my TV? It only has composite jacks (yellow-white-red). Is there a cable that plugs into S-Video on my computer and then has composites on the other side?
 
There was an S-Video/composite adapter in the box when it was new. You need to supply your own jack/phono lead for the audio.
