A couple iPhone Questions.

First off i had my phone jailbroken and then had to restore. but now my carrier logo is still changed, how do i fix this? and with iPhone 4, i was thinking of starting clean but how do i get all my iPhone photos and contacts on the phone, i know all my contacts are saved in address book.

Since you have your contacts save into Address Book, then there would be no problem on that front. Now, for your pictures, import them all into iPhoto. Then use iTunes to put them back in once you have the new iPhone.

BTW, I'm with you, every iPhone has to be a clean start.
