    • When I plug my charger in, then open the lid straight away - nothing happens. I have to close the lid again and re open for it to boot up. Could there be a button to turn it on instead of re opened lid?
    • When I turn the MacBook on, can I use my Touch ID instead of putting in my password?

The Touch ID sensor is the power button! Press it and see.

Not happening any time soon - the first-time password requirement is to unlock the secure enclave, the same as how you need to type in your passcode after turning on an iPhone. Would be nice if they could figure it out though.

I've pressed/held down the Touch ID sensor and nothing happens and yeah I guess that makes sense! Thanks
