So I sold my iPhone but my girl has one now. I want to use iTunes on my PC to back up her iPhone and let her use it as her own. I deleted iTunes and re-downloaded it but all my info is still there. How can I make iTunes on my PC for her phone now? No she does not have a PC. Thanks.

Not sure why your deleted a program to set up a user account. You need to create an Apple ID for her phone. She will then be able to login. Sounds like you came from a PC to Apple...

Press option when you open itunes and create a new itunes library for her phone - then you can have 2 versions - one for her and one for you

Then just press option when opeing iTunes to select which version to use

I don't have an iPhone anymore. I just want to use the iTunes on my PC for her new iPhone. Sorry if I wasn't clear on that. So I plugged in her phone and did a Backup to computer. I noticed I couldn't find any of her apps on iTunes and photos says can be downloaded through the Cloud.

yes - that is why you should first create a new iTunes library (blank) - it will not have your previous info and you can create a back up for her on the new library / user

the newer versions of itunes no longer save/manage the apps - 12.6.3 was the last version that saved the apps and that could manage apps from iTunes.

do you have a mac? or PC? - if you have a MAC she can use your photos app (also create a new library) hold option while starting Photos.
