I plan on getting the base MBP sometime next week. I'm going to be studying Finance at my local university, USF, and I plan on using windows only for school purposes. I do not play games. Here are my questions:

-What size partition should I use?
-One of my sisters friend has a copy of Windows 7 that he used, would I still be able to use that?

1. Whatever size partition you want. Windows 7 install itself will need like 20-30GB. I would recommend way more depending on how many windows programs you want to install. 100GB should be plenty.

2. Yes. Legally however NO, you will need a licensed copy of Windows 7 for yourself. You can get OEM W7 Home Premium on newegg.com for like $100. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16832116983
