Is it only me?

1. Every couple of weeks i have to re-enter my cellular data settings because they are "magically" wiped out. (Strange since i never turn my phone off, only Airplane Mode)

2. Sometimes i send a text to a person that isnt on iMessage but the text is sent as an iMessage, i get a send failure and then i have to resend it as a text message.

For #2, are you sending to that person's email address or cell phone number? If you send to the email address, it would think it is an imessage account.
