I hope it will affect app sales, so they come up with a NORMAL list view again. Seriously.. I can't believe how they came up with the new view.
It's horrible to use.
It's certainly stopping me going in there for a nose about like i do on occasions.
I honestly don't understand why they felt they needed to buy a company to aid in searching/recommending apps. It not exactly rocket science.
I imagine 80% of the decisions Apple has made in the last year would have still been made if Jobs were alive. The new App Store doesn't seem to be something that Jobs would have hated.
App store & itunes stores issues have been resolved. Vonage updated app and now i can see my contacts within the app
IKR? I think that he would of made the redesign of the iPhone 5 a bit different, not that I am complaining of course.
The current design is his design.
You gotta understand that the design and execution was started a couple years before he died.
They don't get up on morning and say lets make anew phone and its here by the next year.
I worked in the M Class plant and if its even close to Automobiles, they are currently milling prototype bodies for the iPhone 6 or 5s or whatever it is.
There's a team currently testing all that right now as we speak.
A Steve Jobs "influence-less" iPhone wont be here till the next one......maybe even the one after that. I really hope this company don't go down the Droid like road.
I love Apple products and its the things people complain about them not doing like Android, thats what makes Apple products work so well.
They don't hold these things back from us cause they wanna piss us off, or they don't know how. They CAN, they don't cause its not up to par.
I hope it stays this way. I ike knowing that when all else fails, buy Apple and it'll "Just work"

I just want to see if it will be any better than 5.1.1, or if it will just kill what's left of my 2 year old battery, and feel too bloated to be useful on the 2 year old device.

This is indeed a FACEBOOK Bug. The exact samething happens when trying to post images to Facebook from Instagram. It turns out that what you post does show up in your friends FEEDS but for some inexplicable reason not in your own. But these things do show up in your timeline. Since I never visit my timeline I find this most disconcerting. As a result I don't use Instagram to post photos and I don't post through iOS. I won't until this is fixed. It's been a problem for at least 6 months and Instagram even acknowledges it on their support forum.

I'm having the exact same issue. It alternates between two incarnations of the buttons every time I open and close the App Store app. In one of the versions, a few of the buttons don't work (give a "Can't connect to iTunes" error).
Note: The buttons only switch if I actually fully quit the application and re-open it. Just minimizing it to the background doesn't force the button change.
I did a full restore, set phone up as new and then restored from backup. Haven't had the problem since.

After upgrading to iOS 6 on my 4S i'm seeing that after I read an email or delete it the mail app itself, it was SUPPOSED to remove it from notification center.
Now even after i've deleted messages without reading them from the mail app, they are STILL in notification center and I have to clear them.
If I open them, then they go away.
But I don't need to open all emails right?
Then, when I click the email from notification center that is no longer in the mail app, it just leads me to the start screen in Mail that shows my inboxes and accounts.
It doesn't do anything...NOR does it remove it even them...but it can't since its deleted. Why is this happening? Is anyone else having the same problem?

iPhone 4 here on AT&T. I tried adding an app to a folder despite already having my 12 apps in there. It looked like it added, but then when I went to the folder it wasn't there. It was on a brand new page by itself at the end of all my other home screens. Trying to add more apps to the folder added more and more home screens with one app per page.
