I have the mp with the stock 320 hdd and already started installing apps.

In the next few weeks I'll be buying a new hard drive that I want just for applications. Is there an easy way to make this transfer? and how would I go about doing it.

Thanks.

edit:: i guess i could just copy the app folder onto the new drive and run the files from the new drive from there?

There are several ways to clone the data off... However you'll generally get the best performance (at least from my experience) by doing a clean install of Leopard minus a bunch of junk that is installed by default and installing apps fresh on the new drive :)
