a few questions on mac internals and security

    is there any viruses out there for mac, and how do you get them?
    how can you break your hard drive? are cables/wires connected inside with a hook piece thing inside your mac? and is it possible to get hacked on a mac? please answer ty

    No, there are no viruses that exist in the wild that can run on Mac OS X. There are trojans, but those require you to actively install them, including entering your administrative password. As long as you only install software from legitimate sources, you won't have a problem.

    How can you break your hard drive? Throw your Mac on the ground really hard.

    Yes, it's possible to get hacked, if you don't take simple precautions.
