Took my year-old Mighty Mouse into the store because it didn't scroll up or down.

They gave me a new mighty mouse without even asking questions. They didn't even check the serial number or ask me for a receipt!

They're great at that one, I've been there a few times with various iMac woes, and they were much better than the michigan ave one.
