a good h.264 converter

Does anyone know a good h.264 converter? I need one for my touch, all i can find are trials, and crap. And videora doesnt seem to run for me =[. So does anyone know any good ones? Preferrably fast ones. Thanks!

The gamma shift (or whatever) only happens because of core image in OS X.
