A Good HTML/Perl/PHP Editor

    I've tried BBedit and it was okay, but not great. Do you guys have any recommendations? I like Notepad 2 on Windows how you can specify the tagging scheme on the fly by selecting whether the file is an .html, .cgi, etc..

    Textmate. Without a doubt the best editor.

    Sounds like you were sold already, but here's another upvote for Textmate. I do all my code there (well, there or in vi).

    I was sold as soon as I saw the files as tabs on the website. Love that. And it has everything I'm looking for. Amazing editor.
