A good site dealing with vector notation

Does anyone know a good site dealing with vector notation, specifically Tensor offhand?

I have been googling and it's really spotty in terms of explanation as to how to implement it

You should invest in Mathematical Methods in the Physical Sciences by Boas. Very handy book that covers those two topics and more.
