iPod touch A Good Video Conversion Program

Does anyone know a good free avi-mp4 video converter, or any media format-mp4 converter. I really want to convert all my Heroes episodes and put them on my iPod Touch.


Also, I know this exists because I had it installed before I had to reformat my PC, but there is a program that downloads videos from YouTube and converts it into the mp4 format. What is it called, and it is NOT called YouRipper.

iSquint is a good free mp4 convertor. theres also VisualHub by the same developers that encode to lots of other formats.

I use pspvideo9 , free app that's obviously for psp but works as good for touch.
