Since 4K ProRes Video is enabled starting from 256GB option, it's already a joke. How do you even transfer all files from iPhone to computer? A lighting port and cable is the only way to transfer files and it's really slow. 4K ProRes files are huge and moving those files require a fast cable and port. 4K ProRes files will use 10~15GB per min!

Clearly, Apple didnt think about this after all. They already planning to make a port-less iPhone but I highly doubt that especially for iPhone Pro series.

You’re not wrong- but I found a solution. It’s annoying, but it works a lot faster than Apple’s solution. Posted the steps here:
