Wow a lot has changed in 10 years. I just got a 2020 MacBookPro 13in with the 10th Gen i5 and 16 gigs of ram yesterday. This is my first Mac OS product in 7 years. The last one I owned was a 2010 MacBook I think it was running 10.6 can’t remember for sure. For the last 7 years I have been using only iOS products or my sons PC running Windows 10. The tips thread has been helpful to say the least. Only difference I don’t like is the lack of being able to transfer apps from iOS and having to pay so much more for the same apps if they are even available. I do a lot of weather tracking and local chase stuff.
But overall I love this machine. Just have to spend a few more sleepless nights playing with it and relearning the Mac OS world.
