a line on 3GS Camera lens?

In Camera mode there is a vertical blue line running almost in the middle of my 3GS screen. This line shows up on the pictures taken by the iphone camera.

Has anyone experienced this? Is this a manufacture defect? Just got my 3GS yesterday. Should I take it back for exchange?

I would take it in to the Genius bar and see if they can fix it for you. Although have you tried restoring the phone?
