yeah.. thats what I was guessing happed when the 10.2 came out. It makes sence. Anyone that has root enabled... would want to log in as root.... and those that dont know what root is... shoudn't be given the option.

Actually it was enabled all this time. I just didn't log in as root user and try it.

You should check out this app... this might be a better solution for you..

Its an apple script that trashes all the files in your Trash Can... even the hard ones... and its free.
