Write a letter to the attention of the store manager with as much detail as you can provide, and then send a CC to "Customer Service" at 1 Infinite Loop. I did this a few years ago when an Idiot Bar employee insisted on keeping my iMac for over a week and wanting to do a full software archive/install for what was obviously a broken DVD drive. I wound up getting a 1GB iPod Shuffle out of the affair, which I gave to my partner who had the original idea of CCing Apple in Cupertino.Bad luck. Call to the store and speak with sales manager or her supervisor, they can do something for it. Sometimes people just have bad days or didn't sleep enough. Apple employees are regular people, no robots![]()
