it is 60 bucks you remove your oem black plastic base piece and use this.

This has potential to allow for an good sturdy esata hack. I will wait a bit to see if the 2011 mini has same base and a better cpu.

Cool find, I know what accessory I'll be getting with my upcoming mini purchase. I still think $60 is a little steep but that's the life of a mac user :/

That looks like a really nice way to mount a Mini if you're worried about how it looks. I thought about it, but I was mounting my wife's Mini underneath her desk and looks didn't matter, which made the price tag a little unattractive to me.

I ended taking some angle brackets and bending them so that they held the computer tight to the wall. cost about $5 and does the job just fine.
