We all know the struggle: Apple TV is the best streaming box, but the lack of a browser makes it impossible to access web-only videos or files.

I’m excited to share a project I’ve been working on—a native tvOS browser optimized for the Siri Remote. It’s now in Public Beta via TestFlight!

Sorry, the project is currently closed-source and likely won't be open-sourced in the future, much like most commercial software. The app is completely standalone with no backend services, so it doesn't and cannot collect any user data. It's just a tool to let you use a browser on your Apple TV. If that's something you're looking for, you're welcome to try it out.

if this was a viable paid app, this stance would make sense.

but since you really cant release this (outside of testflight), and you wont release the code for inspection, you wont get many users anyway.

motivation to take this half step seems a little sus

Actually, that’s not quite right. The TestFlight version is completely free, and there’s no need to join a Telegram channel to access it.

I’m aware of that, but you’re the one that said it’s a viable paid app via Telegram, not me.
