Forgot where I heard how to open up and view app info, but here's some steps I discovered on how to view TTR song files (may be able yo add new songs and taps in time).

    1. Right click TTR in iTunes
    2. Click "Show in Finder"
    3. Copy the TTR app to your desktop
    4. Rename the file to a ".zip"
    5. Open the zip
    6. Go to payload > Tap Tap
    7. Right click Tap Tap and click "Show Package Contents"
    8. Go to the "Tracks" Folder

The 2 folders inside the Tracks folders "Music" and "Taps" are easy to figure out from there. The Music (.m4a) files go there and the Taps go in the "Taps" folder (.tap files). I haven't tried to edit the music yet, but I have tried to edit the name of another app with no luck. By the time we have SSH access via jailbreak we should be able to control these features (hopefully) and copy our library music onto the app. For the .tap files I have no plans ready, but there should be some more info on this in the future.
