A question about charging

If for example before I receive my iPX I purchased a Qi charger for each room in the house.

Would it be ok to just use wireless charging to charge my device and never use a cable?

Of course it’s fine to do that.

TailosiveTech (YouTuber) has been doing just that on his 8+ since launch. He calls it “the wireless challenge”. Only using wireless charging to charge his phone.

Wireless chargers are cheap. They can be had for $15 or so. And since Apple hasn’t implemented the fastest charging technology you can certainly buy one of the cheaper ones and expect full performance from it.

We plan to buy a few chargers and set the around the house where we most frequently find ourselves. It won’t be difficult to drop the phone on the charger instead of the table, for example.

I’m certainly not stuck on using nothing but wireless. But it’s a convenience I’ll certainly utilize.
