A question concerning the iTunes App Store and iPad

I have visited the iPad App only site in the App store several times by getting to it through the thread on this forum, but how do you get to it through iTunes and the App Store? I don't see any way to do it.

It'll be quite easy once the iPad app store officially launches, when the iPad is released.
