One thing I like about the DuckDuckGo browser/video viewer is they really keep the program up-to-date, especially for a Free app. I get a notification from them every couple months saying they have an update and they provide a link to it in the App Store.
Well, got another one today and the blue status ring went 3/4ths of the way around, stopped (it usually does) but hasn't finished in a couple more minutes like it usually does. It's now been an hour, still stuck. Should I:
a) give it more time? How long?
b) close the update program and try it again?
At the worst my app is hosed and I'll have to remove/reinstall it, not the end of the world, but what should my SOP be in cases like this? TIA.
