A Text From 02 To Say Sorry!?

I just got a text from 02 saying they charged me for data when i was abroad that i didnt use and will refund me on my next bill.

Anyone else yet this?

Just checked and it was 0.50p!!!

I have not received a text but Im sure that I did not use any data while abroad. My phone was off most the time, and only used it for skype when near a WiFi hotspot.

It it was a little more money I might ring up and complain, its not worth the phone call for 15p

I got a similar text once. I'd had a horrible rip off operator before and I kept hitting my friend and being all "O2 says they're SORRY?! THEY'RE SORRY!"

Was way too overexcited
