A Text From 02 To Say Sorry!?

I just got a text from 02 saying they charged me for data when i was abroad that i didnt use and will refund me on my next bill.

Have you checked your bill to see how much this error is?

Glad you're getting it back regardless!
 
Nothing too bad then, imagine if it was a hundred quid or something! 😱

At least they've owned up to it.
 
I received a 15p data charge while I was abroad, even though data roaming was off so it would not connect. I wonder if it is an error with the O2 system?

02 blame it on the 3.0 software!
 
I have not received a text but Im sure that I did not use any data while abroad. My phone was off most the time, and only used it for skype when near a WiFi hotspot.

It it was a little more money I might ring up and complain, its not worth the phone call for 15p
