A very special software for my mac.

hey all.

i have heard about a software for mac that makes the windows float arround if you drag and release them, and make the windows like pudding...

does anyone know where i can find that software?

a mod like pudding? what does this actually mean? regardless of the specifics i have never seen anything like what i am imagining pudding to be on on any platform and thus it would be very much in the not possible category. there are plenty of other mods out there however.
