A way to search for posts that contain attachments only?

Is there a way to just view all the pictures (or attachments) contained within a thread, e.g. via an advanced search?

For example, I was recently browsing the Got my NEW 2016 15" MacBook Pro...SCRATCH right out of the box? thread and it would be useful to view all the pictures of scratched MacBooks without manually searching the 14 pages.

Indeed this feature would have come in handy many times over the years.

If not, is this something that could potentially be implemented in the future?

And my desire is the exact opposite, as it happens.

I wondered (elsewhere) if there was anyway to disable images as sometimes, they become very tedious and tiresome and get in the way of the text.
