Agreed. Complaining that the low end iPad doesn't come with the top end processor makes about as much sense as complaining that the low end MBP doesn't come with the high end i7.

Different specs for different price points. Understandable that it catches folks off guard, but we've got to move past this single sku mentality.
 
With the A5 CPU, that means this will be jailbreakable like the iPad 2 is currently correct?

people are also forgetting that the new ipod touch also has the A5 and nobody seems to be complaining too much about that.
 
The A5 was plenty fast enough for the resolution and most apps. The limiting factor for the iPad 2 was the RAM. I hope they go to 1G on the Mini. Anyone know yet?
