hi, I rip all my albums to apple lossless but I have a cd of a local band that I know that source of the cd is not a CDDA (wav) is a lossy mp3... but I dont know which birate rate... so I go to import to AAC at 320kbps... with VBR whats the best quality settings of AAC (SEE THE SCREENSHOT is Correct????)

Re-encoding as MP3 will futher degrade the sound. Your best bet would be to import the tracks as apple lossless and make a note in the comments that they are MP3 sourced.
