Abandoned apps

As in there aren't any updates anymore at all? Or as in a new update/version is released but as a separate new app instead of as an update to the exiting one?
The developer moved on to something else probably or is simply not interested in (or perhaps just can't for some reason) spending any more time on the app after a certain point.
Plenty of times there could even be an email contact, and perhaps even updates too, but providing feedback over email or via some other means doesn't really get a response or anything like that.
I talking about the app Photostreamr. Could you tell me if you can find a email ? I sure can't.

Looks like the support link from the paid version of the app listed in the App Store (at https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/imagebank/id382641857) goes to https://photostreamr.uservoice.com
