I know that I can get the app by setting up a US account. What I am wondering is, is there a way for me to get around the restriction that stops shows being watched outside the US?

    Cheers

A VPN will work. I'm just used 12vpn in China to watch Castle on the ABC app.

I'm sure I read somewhere about VPNs but I have absolutely no idea where to start.

I think you can if you subsbribe to a VPN service that will allow you to connect through a US IP address...

I've got NetShade that allows my Mac to think it's in the US and allows me to use the ABC website on my Macbook Pro. This is a paid service. Is it possible to use NetShade for VPN so my iPad can access the same content?
