Ability to add new memoji?

Hi all
I know you can add a custom memoji but I'm wondering if it's possible to download additional memoji's - for example, there is a monkey, unicorn, frog, dog, etc...possible to add more?

I know you can add stickers - I see several options for adding stickers, but not memojis?

No. Human Memoji are the only ones you can add, the animals are preset by Apple.

Thanks for the response. Seems like a missed opportunity. My kids love using them while FaceTiming.
