About done with Genius Bar ARRRR

    My 27 inch Imac that is less than 1 1/2 years old has been to the Genius bar 4 times now without properly being fixed!! I have a Grey Screen that just stays stagnate. They have attempted several fixes, but tonight occurred again. Very frustrated!! This has been within a three week period for repairs and still cannot get right. Scheduling Genius appt after genius appt is ridicules at this point. When does it become a lemon

    I was under the impression that if they repair the same part 3 times, that they will give you a new machine entirely. I could be wrong though...

    I will be inquiring about that when I return. Something needs to happen for sure

    Three repairs is supposed to be a replacement. I would ask to speak to a manager if the Genuis Bar doesn't want to help.
