    Hi,
I have an iPhone 3g, but I was wondering why can't the newer ipod touch be jailbroken? What's the difference?

I was wondering this just before buying 500 credits from biteSMS.. like what would happen if a new iPhone is released in June and this happens to be unJailbreakable?

I'm truly loving my JBen iphone )

If you want to get technical read up about the new gen ipod touches here

If they make an iPhone "4G" they will most likely have it unjailbreakable

Now please note firmware updates on the, 1G iPod Touch. Regular iPhone. 3G iPhone can not stop the jailbreak as the method to jailbreak it is unmodifyable by any software updates. only a new hardware revision can stop the jailbreak as seen in the new ipod touches "2G"

That's too bad.. now that i've become accustomed I'd probably hold off buying an "iphone 4G" until it is readily jailbreakable
