iPhone About Siri port on iPhone 4

So,I installed Siri port on iOS 6.0.1,everything works like charm but I can't open apps,I say "open settings" ,she says that I don't have an app named settings,how can a fix this?

Try turning Siri off and on again.
Force close settings.
Turn phone on/off.
Hard reset.
Restore from backup.
Restore as new.

Basically the normal troubleshooting steps.
