I had the same problem here. Apple somehow let the box checked to sleep the HD when possible (under energy prefs) - this should be turned off, as one has SSD. Ever since I deactivated this, I've had no more sluggish-wake issues.

Just tested this. No difference. Curious though...should we just leave it unchecked since we all have SSD's? Or does drive sleep benefit ssd's also?
I don't see how it would benefit SSDs, as they don't sleep. They don't wake up either. They are like zombies...
