About to purchase iPad 2

Newbie to the forum here - I live in Toronto and will be heading to the States in November this year. I was going to buy the iPad2 while on my vacation in November. This a good idea or do you think I should wait for the iPad 3?

nah, apple hasn't made final decisions on the ipad5 specs yet.

the word on the street is the ipad4 is the tablet to get. 😛
