DON'T check cydia, please listen, otherwise i can't help you

Downgrade to the 05.13.04 BB, ONLY check downgrade, nothing else!

Follow same procedure with 6.0 IPSW

check your current version and BB in Settings/general/info

It will tell you the exact iOS version.
The BB version is at the bottom, modemversion
 
Like said before jailbreaking and getting cydia is coming after the BB downgrade

First repeat the 6.0 step and select downgrade ipad baseband
 
ok i will but i need to use b3 when i install baseband or dont? Just everything from b1. Also after im done with downgrade should i just go to jailbreak install cydia thats it? the ipsw is not supported by 6.0 to downgrade
 
6.1.3 what on b1 would there be an encounter and need to close. I go to extras and 6.0 then dfu mode and back to jailbreak. i go to extras select ipsw from extras 6.0 restore it says doesnt supported by b1 redsnow

same deal, first select 6.0 then jailbreak, downgrade

That was sepecifically updated to fix some downgrade problems
 
its uploading ramdisk whats next ? its reading code. do i let it install bundles and then start over and cydia jailbreak only?

After it is finished verify the BB is now at 05.13.04

Next step is jailbreaking.
Mind that you are stuck with a tethered JB on 6.1.3! This means anytime your phone is off or you need to reboot it you have to connect to usb and use redsn0w to restart it in jailbroken mode.
In a normal reboot the phone will only have limitied functionality.

First steps are the same:
select 6.0 IPSW
now go to jailbreak and select install cydia
 
Reboot is done by hitting Just Boot in the jailbreak menu

it will show a pineapple during boot sequence

After reboot open Cydia
it will configure itself

open it again

and use search to fin ultrasn0w
install
it will probably install a bunch of other apps as well

after that it's Just Boot again

phone should now be jailbroken and you can make calls

i know what you mean im new to iphone but not androids this is like flashing and rooting? ok i didnt just boot can i go back to do that or have to repeat alll over again?

Nope if you did the 6.0 ipsw and install Cydia and it ran the ramdisk you should be ok

hit just boot now
