Is there anyway to get AC3 or FLAC audio with .mp4 files encoded with H.264 in Handbrake? I'm considering upgrading my music setup to a separate amp and speakers (and maybe external DAC in the future), and I fear that compressed sound will really show up in a decent sound system (even if it is 320Kbs).
