I'm currently using Skim on Mac OS to mark up PDFs. This is a fine solution, but I'd also like to create outlines on the side to use for reviewing a summary of the reading in the future. My solution to this so far has been to create an anchored note next to the title of the paper and then use that to make a crude outline inside Skim
Basically, my question is whether there's a better way to do this or not using anything than can run on OSX. Suggestions?
