Academic Pricing

By now, most of you know that Apple's educational/academic price for leopard is ~$116, and that if your school is selling it it's ~$69. My school doesn't sell apple software for the complete discount, but we do have an apple online store section. I've found another university in my area that is selling leopard for the original academic price (i.e. like tiger's was, $69). Am I allowed to purchase it? That school doesn't check for student status (at their school) but I am a student.

If it works, it works...but not morally you should not buy it since you are not a student there.
