I don't want a way to hide useless channels I will never use, I need a way to not even download them in the first place!

Apple working hard on getting new content partners, that's got to be positive for any AppleTV fan.

Less US centric would be good though!

Way to put this out one day after the end of the ACC tournament. It'll probably be eight or nine months before I open the ACC app, if ever.

It's clear that Apple has already unofficially opened the floodgates to apps on AppleTV. If you're a content provider and want to be on AppleTV, it's likely that you could request to have your app added.

The real apps we want aren't the "fart app" version of AppleTV apps, it's the big content providers like major networks. If they wanted to be on AppleTV like ABC and Disney are, then they'd be on. There doesn't have to be a free market app store for that.

More channels..

The home screen is. The home screen is becoming cluttered. Even though you can hide them, that"s not really the point.

Everything else is neat and clean, but the Home Screen sticks out.

It's starting to get the feeling that if your anywhere on the Home Screen and you press MENU on the remote, it jumps back to the top, but you also see display artefacts.

I blame too much on Home screen here.

A big plus. ACC fans are passionate, the league has interest and success in a wide variety of sports, and the conference's footprint includes almost 55 percent of the U.S. population.

The league has 60+ years of tradition, too, which makes for plenty of vault material.

And because the conference hasn't locked into its own cable channel yet, the league has a chance to do some interesting things - like see where Apple TV goes and react accordingly.

Let me be the first Terp fan to say "Meh, get a real conference on there like the B1G." :D

Oh yeah. Those Nebraska-Maryland games are gonna rock the Comcast Center in a way Duke and Carolina never could.
