Reboot. It works until reboot then you have to re-install it to re-start it.

Fakeclockup didn't work well for me, but Noslowanimations works great. And you can control the level of acceleration.

AJ, are you using an app to monitor battery usage, or are you just looking at it in General Settings?

No, just noticed it within a few days of use my battery was really bad.
Removed it and battery lasts fine now.
Nothing really scientific though🙂

I have felt generally less battery life with no slow animations but nothing crazy.
