PeteB macrumors 6502a Nov 26, 2009 #2 I guess because it would mess up the layout of the four "dock" buttons. Also, there's no real benefit in having the change of orientation in my opinion.

G G.T. macrumors 6502a Original poster Nov 26, 2009 #3 I suppose but sometimes i hold it on its side cause its easier, and for viewing webpages so if i minimise it is would be good to keep it in landscape mode
