Access to MBP without external display

Hi

I have a mac pro with twin displays running. I regularly use the screen sharing facility to access my mac mini and my mbp.

I am lookng to access my mbp from my mac pro while the lid is closed on my mbp (so basically running the mbp in clamshell mode without it being attached to an external display). Is this possible and how do I do it?
