iOS Access to statusbar on iOS

Hello!

I`m new in ios development, but i have one extra questions. Is it possible to get access to statusbar(area with battery status, clock, operator) on ios9 and , for example, add small icon to statusbar.

Nope. At least not globally. You could do it manually inside of your app, but if the user isn't inside your app, no.
